Caitlin Clark’s Rookie Season Leads to Postseason Return

Indiana Fever Clinch Playoff Berth

The WNBA has seen the Indiana Fever qualify for the playoffs. This is the first time in seven years that the Fever have made it past the regular season as this is their first playoff run since 2016.

The Fever’s rise can be credited to a large extent to rookie cutout Caitlin Clark. In particular, she averaged 18.7 points, 8.4 assists, and 5.6 rebounds through the current season, placing her first in assists per game. All her offensive and defensive years have played a key role in the revival of the Fever team.

As the playoffs are approaching, the Fever aims to carry on the positive energy and go for a deeper run. Clark and co. do not intend on going easy and hope to make some noise in the playoffs.
